I think I even have everything I need for the recipe here in Tbilisi so I'll give it a shot next week!Gluten Free In the Greenshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10955938797607654114noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26815645.post-79277643890723921462009-08-15T22:04:41.240-04:002009-08-15T22:04:41.240-04:00Hey Cheryl - Thanks for stopping by to visit and c...Hey Cheryl - Thanks for stopping by to visit and chat.

This is my own opinion, but I don't think any gf bread tastes like one made of wheat. To me, there is so much difference in the taste of wheat versus any gf flour blend.

When I up a gf flour blend, I shoot for the spirit of the bread. For Challah, I was looking for something rich with egg and a slightly denser texture that has a wonderful crust. This recipe hits that goal. It has a nice texture and lovely crumb. Slices easily and makes a great gf BLT.

Take care!

NatalieNatalie, aka "Sheltie Girl"https://www.blogger.com/profile/01046499785389700382noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26815645.post-20494768178324757892009-08-13T22:04:07.842-04:002009-08-13T22:04:07.842-04:00challah is my next challenge...love to see what yo...challah is my next challenge...love to see what you did with it!
